Digital Project Manager

About The Role:

Sweet Spot Media is seeking an experienced and driven Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional with at least three years of agency experience to lead and manage integrated marketing initiatives across the full customer journey—from awareness through retention.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams and oversee a diverse portfolio of client projects spanning email marketing, CRM implementation, website development, SEO initiatives, and supporting print and digital media efforts. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating timelines, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations—on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, a strong understanding of digital customer touchpoints, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting, with a strong background in digital media, including CRM, PPC advertising and website development.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing product launches, and coordinating multiple client projects simultaneously.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Deep digital marketing knowledge with an understanding of the digital customer journey.
  • Craft & optimization of digital customer touchpoints.
  • Expertise in project management software (Asana, Basecamp, Trello, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Strong budget management skills and experience with tracking project expenses.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear, concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical writing and reporting skills for creating detailed project documentation, timelines, and reports.
