About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced YouTube Podcast Host and Financial News Anchor to lead a weekly short form news style program focused on macroeconomics, monetary policy, and precious metals investing, with a particular emphasis on gold and silver in the context of US dollar devaluation.
This role is designed for a finance professional, market analyst, or financial journalist who understands economic systems and enjoys translating complex financial developments into clear, concise, and credible commentary for a broad audience.
The position offers part time consistency, professional production support, and a meaningful opportunity to grow personal stature as a trusted on camera financial voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host a weekly 5 to 7 minute financial news segment for YouTube and social platforms
- Deliver clear, composed on camera analysis of economic and market developments
- Interpret macroeconomic data, policy decisions, and financial headlines
- Explain the role of gold and silver as hedges within broader monetary systems
- Collaborate with producers on scripting, structure, and editorial clarity
- Participate in studio shoots 2 to 3 times per month
- Help establish a consistent, credible on camera presence that builds audience trust
Qualifications:
- Professional background in finance, economics, investing, or financial journalism
- Demonstrated understanding of macroeconomic and monetary concepts
- Strong verbal communication skills and on camera presence
- Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly and accurately
- Familiarity with gold and silver markets or precious metals investing
- Reliable availability for scheduled on site studio shoots
- Based in or able to commute to Los Angeles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a financial analyst, advisor, reporter, economist, or market commentator
- Prior hosting, reporting, podcasting, or broadcast experience
- Comfort reviewing economic data and market headlines on deadline
- Experience writing or collaborating on financial scripts or commentary
Time Commitment:
- Part Time
- EVERY MONDAY MORNING (7am-9am)
- On Location in El Segundo, CA (Production Studio)
- Additional preparation time as needed
